Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dedicated team of loan professionals.

Our Sales Manager will collaborate with our Mortgage Loan Originators and our Operations Manager. Their primary role is to motivate our MLO team to secure MortgageDepot’s position as Pennsylvania’s mortgage expert. Please note that this position requires travel between 15% and 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for office sales performance at MortgageDepot’s Pennsylvania branch.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and increase revenue.
• Participate in MLO recruitment, hiring, management and development tasks.
• Provide new-employee training and continuing education to MLOs to ensure that they consistently offer high-quality services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes and advancements, and disseminate this information to MLOs.
• Use industry knowledge to influence mortgage product development, pricing and marketing strategies.
• Increase referral success by creating relationships with local real estate and financial professionals.
• Act as a liaison between MortgageDepot’s Operations and Marketing Departments.
• Must be accessible during nights and weekends to support mortgage loan representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• At least five years of mortgage industry sales experience.
• Working knowledge of loan programs and associated regulations.
• A self-motivated personality with an intense drive for success.
• High-level organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Negotiation skills with a win-win approach.
• Adept in Microsoft Office and Caylx Point.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
